OUR PURPOSE

Our purpose is to provide a fast, easy to read, and accurate solution for voters looking to be informed.
"I don't feel informed enough to vote."

We want to create a single space that showcases every option for voters. What if there was one site, free from bias, that showed voters all of their options before casting their ballot? This is our dream.

Most Americans agree that voters are ill informed. Information about candidates or key issues is often buried in personal opinion and rarely can be derived from a single source.

In a recent poll, when presented with 20 questions about current political issues, only ~39% of those polled were able to answer those questions correctly. In another poll, only 49% could name a single US Senator that represented their state. 75% failed to name both.

We believe that making relevant voting information easily available will not only create smarter voters, but cause better voter turnout. In 2014, only 36.4% of eligible voters cast their ballot - the lowest turnout in 70 years.

  • 83% say other Americans Are Not Informed Voters
  • 61% of people polled are misinformed about key issues
  • 51% of Americans cannot name one of their Senate representatives
  • Less than 37% of eligible voters voted in 2014

Removing Bias

How it's possible
Top 3 Priorities
Quickly gather information before voting by seeing the top 3 priorities for each candidate. We will reach out for an official response for each candidate. We will also use our special way of deciphering, to the best of our ninja skills and abilities, the top 3 priorities of a candidate based on their campaign website, while also providing a link to see it for yourself.
Starting with Maryland
We plan to expand to every state in the U.S., but first we are starting in Maryland!
A Unique Experience
Every user that opens the app will see the candidates randomly placed.

Is it possible that text placed on the left might appear more positive than text placed on the right? Probably! So we'll randomly position blocks of info every time the site is visited.

What can I do to help?
